EPS 95 HIGHER PENSION STATUS AFTER SUPREME COURT ORDER

The order of dismissal dated 1.4.2019 is being re-called by which that SLP filed by EPFO is reinstated and will be heard along with Secretary's SLP cc. Nos.16721-22 after two weeks.

SLP no. 8658-59 require closer look. So Review petition revived. 

Next preliminary hearing on 25/2/2021 before appropriate court.
