राष्ट्रीय आंदोलन समिति गुजरात समूह की एक बैठक आज 13/3/21 को तय समय के अनुसार कोडिनार नगरपालिका के बगीचे में आयोजित की गई थी। यह दिन के बाद से अबाधित है। बैठक में यह उल्लेख किया गया था। हमारे कुछ पेंशनभोगी भाई जिन्होंने भाग लिया था। भूख हड़ताल भगवान से प्यार किया गया है। अशोक राउत साहब और पार्टी के सभी सदस्यों को बधाई।
अतिरिक्त पेंशन ई की मांग के बारे में EPFO और सरकार की ओर से अब तक कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ है, अगली तारीख। समूह के 13 भाइयों ने 19/3/21 को चोतिला में चामुंडा के पास आपा गीगा के ओटल वेस्ट ज़ोन गुजरात में होने वाली बैठक में जाने के लिए सहमति व्यक्त की है और वर्तमान में रु। समूह से राष्ट्रीय आंदोलन समिति के अध्यक्ष माननीय राउत साहब से प्राप्त सभी निर्देशों में शरीर, मन और धन के साथ पर्याप्त सहयोग देने का निर्णय लिया गया। आया। N.A.C. जिंदाबाद, कमांडर राउत साहब आगे बड़ो हम तुमारे साथ है।
આજ રોજ તા.13/3/21ના આપણા ગ્રુપની એક મિટિંગ નિયત કાર્યક્રમ મુજબ કોડીનાર નગર પાલિકાના બગીચામાં સવારના 10-00 કલાકે મળેલ જેમાં અત્યાર સુધીમાં મીનીમમ પેન્શન વધારાની માગણી અંગે રાષ્ટ્રીકક્ષાએ ચાલતા 24/12/18 થી ચાલતા ચેઇન હંગર સ્ટ્રાઇક કે જે આજે 811 દિવસથી અવરીત ચાલુ છે .તેની મિટીંગમાં નોધ લેવામાં આવી.હંગર સ્ટ્રાઇક માં ભાગ લેનાર આપણા કેટલાક પેન્શનર્સ ભાઈઓ પ્રભુને પ્યારા થયેલ છે , તે તમામ દિવંગત આત્માને પરમ કૃપાળુ પરમાત્મા ચિર શાંતિ મળે તે માટે પ્રાર્થના કરવામાં આવી વધુમાં આ ભૂખ હડતાળનું સબળ નેતૃત્વ કરનાર એવા માનનીય કમાંડર અશોક રાઉત સાહેબ તથા તમામ પાર્ટી સિપેન્ટ ને ખુબ ખબ અભિનદન. પેન્શન વધારાની માગણી અંગે ઈ. પી.એફ. ઓ. તથા સરકાર તરફથી અત્યાર સુધીમાં કોઈ ઉકેલ નહિ આવવાથી આગમી.
તા. 19/3/21 ના ચોટીલા માં ચામુંડા ના ચરણો નજીક આપા ગીગા ના ઓટલે પશ્ચિમ ઝોન ગુજરાતની મળનાર મિટીંગમાં મીટીંગ ના સમર્થનમાં ગ્રૂપ તરફથી 13 ભાઈઓ જવા માટે સંમતિ આપેલ છે અને હાલ ખર્ચ પેટે રૂપિયા 1000/- ડિપોઝિટ પેટે પણ રકમ મળેલ છે તો તમામ નો ખુબ ખુબ આભાર . ગ્રૂપ તરફથી રાષ્ટ્રીય આંદોલન સમિતિના પ્રેસિડેન્ટ માનનીય રાઉત સાહેબ તરફથી જે જે સૂચના મળે તેમાં તન, મન અને ધનથી પુરતો સહકાર આપવાનું નક્કી કરવામાં. આવ્યું. એન.એ.સી. ઝિંદાબાદ, કમાંડર રાઉત સાહેબ આગે બઢો હમ તુમ્હારે સાથ હૈ.

Very Important Information for EPS 95 Pensioners related to evidences placed before Supreme Court of Information by EPFO & UOI
In this article a copy of the Critical financial analysis done by Mr Ranjiv Paul w.r.t the additional documents filed by UOI in their SLP (Diary no. 11023 of 2019) in the SC on 16.1.2021 is sharing for EPS 95 Pensioners Information.
Also sharing a copy of the CWP (wherein he has made the Actuary M/S KA Pandit as well as SP, CBI, Shimla as one of the respondents), List of dates, Index, Annexures and the reply received from CBI with annexures in r/o a Writ filed in the HP High Court, Shimla by one of my EPS'95 pensioner friends - Post 1.9 2014 retiree on the basis of an RTI reply reg minutes of the Lok Adalat - Nidhi Aapke Nikat, EPFO, Shimla shared by me. Please go through the WPC 4218 of 2020 as good efforts have been made by the petitioners in exposing the EPFO.
Union of India (herein after called UOI) and Employees Provident Fund organization (herein after called EPFO) are manipulating data, misleading various courts of laws in India, hiding vital information and using the office of Actuary as a tool to defeat the implementation of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India order dated 04.10.2016 in SLP (c) No. 33032-33033/2015 and Hon’ble High Court of Kerala in W.P.( C ) No. 13120 of 2015.

EPS 95 Pensioners: UOI and EPFOs Actual Data of Pooled Fund of EPS 1995. Critical Financial Analysis 2019-20
EPS 95 HIGHER PENSION LIST ISSUED SEARCH YOUR NAME
Union of India and EPF for actual data with respect to Pooled fund of EPS 1995. Pooled fund of EPS 1995 stood at Rs. 530846.39 Crore as on 31st March 2020, the accumulated corps of the EPS 95 has steadily increasing to Rs. 530846.39 Crore as per annual report for the year 2019-2020 and since the year 2012-2013 the Corps has increased by almost 289 %.
EPFO is not even utilizing the total interest earned on Pooled fund for payment of pensions under EPS 1995 as interest earned during the year 2019-20 is Rs. 39042.05 Crores and Pension Payment is Rs. 11320.89 Crores only. Therefore, the play made by the EPFO before various courts that the fund is deficit is not tenable.

EPS 95 PENSIONERS HIGHER PENSION HEARING UPDATE FIND BELOW
The executive committee of the Supreme Court bar Association called for an emergent meeting on 6th March 2021 pursuant to the Standard Operating Procedure dated 5th March 2021, for hybrid physical hearing before Honorable Supreme Court issued by the registry of Supreme Court of India. In the executive committee it was an unanimously resolved that Anna University and decided not to accept the Standard Operating Procedure as the same was prepared without taking into confidence the bar, despite the assurance given to the executive committee by honorable the Chief Justice of India in the meeting held on 1st March 2021.
It was unanimously agreed that Standard Operating Procedure is an unilaterally trusted upon the member of the Bar despite the fact that the bar is an equal stakeholder in the dispensation of the justice delivery system. The executive committee for the unanimously resolved and decided to challenge the aforesaid Standard Operating Procedure for hybrid physical hearing by way of filling a write petition before The Honorable Supreme Court of India.
It was further unanimously agreed that the Bar want to full physical hearing and is agreeable for hybrid hearing before The Honorable Supreme Court only as an interim measures provided hybrid hearing is for all Courts on all working days including permitting mentioning of the matter.

4 मार्च 2021 को गोरखपुर मंडल की आवश्यक बैठक महात्मा बुद्ध की निर्माण स्थली कुशीनगर, पथिक निवास पर श्री चंद्रेशवर पाठक जी के अध्यक्षता मे संपन्न हुयी, सभा का संचालन श्री अनुरुद्ध शुक्ला जिला अध्यक्ष के द्वारा किया गया।
मुख्य अतिथि रूप पधारे श्री बी. पी मिश्रा जी का स्वागत मंडल अध्यक्ष एवं मंडल समन्वयक के द्वारा माला पहनाकर किया गया, अपने उदबोधन मे मिश्रा जी ने संगठन की शक्ति बढ़ाने का आवाहन किया।
