Dear friends,

Ever since formation of our organization, we have not started collecting any amount/money towards monthly or yearly membership. Our organization is also not collecting any money from the retired pensioners organizations who are supporting us, except voluntary contributions.

It has come to our light, that some organizational leaders are collecting the membership fee like Rs. 200 or Rs. 300 or Rs.400 and adding the message that they wish to support NAC.

Hence, I wish to make it clear, that our oganisation has no objection to collect money towards their membership of their retired pensioners associations, but not at the cost of supporting our organization. The declaration of supporting of our organization cannot be used for collecting money.

Further, it is to make it clear that our organization is headed by Commander Ashok Rout, as President who is the retired naval Commander and Mr. Veerendra singh as National secretary who is the retired Executive Engineer and are working with due honesty and fighting sincerely for the sake of our 65 lakh poor pensioners and their welfare., The Commander sir though is not EPS95 pensioner, he is dedicating himself for our sake.

It has also come to our notice, that some persons are collecting money @ Rs. 1000 or Rs. 5000 per person to approach courts for increase of minimum pension. Despite our advises they are still continuing to do so. In this connection, it is to make it clear that our organization has no such relation with such persons who are collecting the money to approach courts. Our President who is the retired naval Commander is not at all taking or having any share on such yearly member ship or amounts paid towards court expenditure. Please note that our organization is no way responsible for such collection of amounts from the EPS95 pensioners and does not allow mediators to collect money and send money. Our organization accepts voluntary donations directly.

If at all, any pensioner or their organization wishes to donate amount voluntarily to NAC, they are welcome to donate through only one system i.e transferring the amount directly to the Head Office account for which an unauthorized receipt would be issued by Head Office of National Agitation Committee. There is no intermediate collection of amount as of now. The details of account of head office of NAC is follows:-

While it is to, it is not fair to collet any money by anyone in the name NAC or saying that they wish to support NAC or this organisation. If collected, please note that person/persons collected will be responsible to face the consequences of such collection. 

All EPS95 pensioners are requested to note that National Agitation Committee will not be responsible or answerable for any sort of such payments to the mediators or agencies or associations in the name of affiliation with our NATIONAL AGITATION COMMITTEE or our organization.

Commander Shri Ashok Raut has made it very clear to all about the efforts being made by the NAC, after hearing so much no one should have any doubt that whatever has been done regarding the just demands has been done. सेवानिवृत्ति कोष का प्रबंधन करने वाली संस्था ईपीएफओ ने छूट प्राप्त प्रतिष्ठानों से एकल भुगतान के जरिए थोक में कोष हस्तांतरण की सुविधा शुरू की है।छूट प्राप्त प्रतिष्ठान वे हैं, जिन्हें EPF और MP Act, 1952 की धारा 17 के तहत छूट दी गई है और वे कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन (EPFO) के सदस्यों के Provident fund का प्रबंधन करते हैं। नव नियुक्त श्रम सचिव अपूर्व चंद्राजी ने 7 अक्टूबर 2020 को एक और सुविधा की शुरुआत की है। इसमें उमंग ऐप के जरिये ईपीएफओ के सदस्य योजना प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

श्रम मंत्रालय के एक बयान में कहा गया है, ''श्रम और रोगजार सचिव अपूर्व चंद्रा ने सात अक्टूबर 2020 को ईपीएफओ मुख्यालय की अपनी पहली यात्रा के दौरान छूट प्राप्त ट्रस्टों से एकल भुगतान के जरिए थोक में कोष और डेटा के हस्तांतरण की एक नई सुविधा शुरू की।

इस सुविधा से छूट प्राप्त प्रतिष्ठानों के लिए धन हस्तांतरण की गति बढ़ेगी और कारोबार करना आसान होगा। बयान के मुताबिक किसी सदस्य के छूट प्राप्त संस्थान से गैर-छूट प्राप्त संस्थान में जाने पर उसकी भविष्य निधि ईपीएफओ को हस्तांतरित की जाती है।

अभी तक छूट प्राप्त प्रतिष्ठानों को प्रत्येक सदस्य के लिए कोष का अलग-अलग हस्तांतरण करना पड़ता था। इससे प्रक्रिया काफी जटिल रहती है। ईपीएफओ की ताजा पहल से प्रक्रिया आसान होगी और 1,500 के करीब छूट प्राप्त संस्थानों को फायदा होगा। किसी कर्मचारी के बिना छूट वाले प्रतिष्ठान से छूट प्राप्त प्रतिष्ठान में स्थानांतरित होने की स्थिति में ईपीएफओ इलेक्ट्रानिक तरीके से छूट प्राप्त संस्थान के बैंक खाते में धन का सीधे हस्तांतरण कर देता है और उसका ब्यौरा संबंधित प्रतिष्ठान के लॉगइन में उपलब्ध करा दिया जाता है।

As all EPS 95 pensioners are aware, an online meeting was organized by the National Agitation Committee through JioMeet on October 11, and all EPS 95 pensioners were earlier informed to join this meeting. And this meeting started on time.

In this meeting, further strategy regarding EPS 95 pension increase was discussed. In this meeting Ma. Ranjit Singh Dasundi Chief Coordinator, North India, and C S Prasad Reddy, Chief Coordinator, Southern Region, Tapan Dutta State President West Bengal, Mahadev Gadge, Sudhir Upadhyay, Kali Charan, Nagaraja S., Pankaj Das Gupta, and about 60 other pensioners. Let us know which issues were discussed in this meeting.

Knowing the details of the meeting, first of all, I would like to inform all the EPS 95 pensioners Mr. Ranjit Singh Dasundi ji told us that the information of the meeting should be correct and if this not happens then it would be objectionable so we keep an eye on his order but same time many EPS 95 pensioners could not attend this meeting. It is important to inform the pensioners of this meeting. 

Ma. Ranjit Singh Dasundi to all EPS 95 pensioners to fulfill the demands of EPS 95 pensioners to meet the struggle by the National Agitation Committee. He further briefed all the EPS 95 pensioners, on the details of how the EPS 95 pension increase was made possible by the meeting held with the Prime Minister on March 4, 2020. In this meeting. Dr. Jitendra Singh ji was ordered to solve the problems of EPS 95 pensioners. जैसा की सभी EPS 95 पेंशनधारकों को अवगत है राष्ट्रिय संघर्ष समिति द्वारा दिनांक 11 अक्टूबर को JioMeet के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन  बैठक का आयोजन किया गया था, और इस बैठक के आयोजन के बारे में पहले सभी EPS 95 पेंशनधारकों  शामिल होने के लिए जानकारी दी गई थी और समय पर यह बैठक शुरू हुई। 

इस बैठक में ईपीएस 95 पेंशन बढ़ोतरी को लेकर आगे की रणनीति पर चर्चा की गई। इस बैठक में मा. रंजीत सिंह दासुंदी  Chief coordinator, North India, C S Prasad Reddy, Chief coordinator, Southern Region, तपन दत्ता स्टेट प्रेसिडेन्ट पच्छिम बंगाल, महादेव गाडगे, सुधीर उपाध्याय, काली चरण, नागराजा एस., पंकज दास गुप्ता और लगभग 60 अन्य पेंशनधारक शामिल हुए। आइये जानते है इस बैठक में कोनसे मुद्दों पर चर्चा की गई।

 

बैठक की जानकारी जानने सबसे पहले सभी EPS 95 पेंशनधारकों को अवगत करना चाहूंगा की मा. रंजीत सिंह दासुंदी द्वारा हमें बताया की बैठक की जानकारी को मसाला लगा कर ना साजा किया जाये अगर ऐसा होता है तो यह आपत्तिजनक होगा इसलिए उनके आदेश को सरआंखों पर रखते है पर बहोत सारे EPS 95 पेंशनधारक इस बैठक में शामिल नहीं हो पाए उन सभी EPS 95 पेंशनधारकों इस बैठक के बारे में जानकारी देना जरुरी है इसी उद्देश्य से इस बैठक में जो बाते मा. रंजीत सिंह दासुंदी द्वारा दी गई उसे अभी हम जानने  वाले है।

मा. रंजीत सिंह दासुंदी द्वारा सभी EPS 95 पेंशनधारकों को EPS 95 पेंशनधारकों की जो मांगे है उसे पूरा किये जाने के लिए जो संघर्ष राष्ट्रीय संघर्ष समिति द्वारा मा. कमांडर अशोक जी राउत के नेतृत्व में किया जा रहा है उसके बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई। आगे उन्होंने EPS 95 पेंशन बढ़ोतरी के मा.प्रधान मंत्री जी से जो 4 मार्च 2020 को बैठक हुई थी तो किस तरह से संभव हो पाई इसके  विस्तार से जानकारी सभी EPS 95 पेंशनधारकों को दी। यह बैठक मा. संसद सदस्य हेमा मालिनीजी की अगुवाई में हुई थी। इस बैठक में पेंशनधारकों की मांगो मा. प्रधान मंत्री जी द्वारा ध्यान सुना  और मा. डॉ जीतेन्द्र सिंह जी को EPS 95 पेंशनधारकों की समस्याओ को सुलझाने के लिए आदेश दिया गया था।उसके बाद मा. डॉ जीतेन्द्र सिंह जी के साथ लगभग ढाई घंटे की चर्चा हुई थी और पेंशनधारको की समस्या ओ को सुलझाने के आदेश संधित विभाग को भी दिए गए थे।पर अभी तक पेंशनधारको की मांगे मंजूर नै हुई है इसलिए लगातार प्रयास जारी है। 

साथ ही मा. कमांडर अशोक राउत द्वारा जो बात सभी को इससे पहले कही गई थी की, एनएसी के बैनर तले किसी भी आंदोलन कार्यक्रम के लिए नहीं जाना चाहिए उसे भी बताया गया। कमांडर अशोक राउत सर के अनुसार एनएसी केंद्रीय टीम अनुकूल निर्णय के लिए नवम्बर महीने तक प्रतीक्षा करेगी क्योंकि माननीय पीएम ने हमें आश्वासन दिया। 

साथ ही तपन दत्ता स्टेट प्रेसिडेन्ट पच्छिम बंगाल द्वारा कहा की ज्यादा से ज्यादा ईपीएस पेंशनरों को हमें संघटन में शामिल करना होगी यदि कोई हमारी सदस्यता लेना चाहता है लेकिन पूर्ण सदस्यता (रु. 10 / प्रति माह या रु 120 / प्रति वर्ष) का भुगतान करने की स्थिति में है।

उस स्थिति में हम उन्हें एक विशेष मामले के रूप में मानते हैं (कमांडर सर के अनुरोध के अनुसार) केवल 1 वर्ष के लिए हमारी सदस्यता के लिए एक टोकन मनी के रूप में रु. 10 देकर भी संघटन में शामिल हो सकते। अगर आप भी राष्ट्रिय संघर्ष समिति से जुड़ना चाहते है तो आप राष्ट्रिय संघर्ष समिति के सदस्यों बात कर इसमें शामिल हो सकते है। राष्ट्रिय संघर्ष समिति के सदस्यों की राज्य के हिसाब से जानकारी निचे दी गई। आप उनसे संपर्क करके राष्ट्रिय संघर्ष समिति में शामिल हो सकते है। 

 

साथ ही सी इस प्रसाद रेड्डी जी द्वारा बताया गया की राष्ट्रिय संघर्ष समिति किसी राजनैतिक दल से संबंधित नहीं है और राष्ट्रिय संघर्ष समिति का उद्देश्य केवल समाज सेवा है। हम भी हमारी तरफ से राष्ट्रिय संघर्ष समिति के प्रयासो का समर्थन करते है।

As the court closes because of the corona, it may seem as if the dialogue has diminished. But that is not strange.

I am constantly doing something in the interest of our organization and on the occasion of the pension court case. But I won't say it all over again because retired employees today only hope for the news when the pension case arises and the result is in their favor once and for all and I have an idea.

Today I do not get a contributory pension scheme 1995 at all. I myself work on my land in Nagpur district and work as a legal advisor to the accused power worker. There is some income from it. Prior to retirement, I have been working in the HR department for a long time and have also studied law, so I am working with a social spirit for this BR624 court case. There are often difficulties in doing so. Rarely does anyone criticize you. But I continue to work, ignoring that. I can't do this alone. Some retired employees and officers like you have been brought together because of this pension work. All those who have retired from the post of Chief Engineer and Director from Class IV are voluntarily with us today. The faith and love of all those honorable members is my strength and inspiration, the strength of the organization. It is because of you that I have become mentally strong. I have no words to thank you all.

It is good news that our lawyers have predicted that the case will be heard in the Nagpur High Court by the end of September or by October 15, 2020, even though the case has been pending for some time due to Corona. I have told your lawyers to meet the court registrar and request that your courtcase be taken for hearing as soon as possible.

All I want to say is that all of you should believe that the important thing is that many old retired employees who have joined this organization have to pay Rs.500 (Rs. We present the details of the subscriptions we are currently collecting at the annual general meeting. But some retired employees are curiously asking in groups or individually. We keep all the deposits (membership fees and donations) in the form of term deposits in your organization's bank account and not a single rupee is spent on meetings, tours, stationery, tea or meals. The whole affair is transparent. Because financial management is reliable.
