All other EPS 1995 cases, which include the review petition filed by the EPFO ​​and the SLP of the UOI, were tagged as per the website of the Supreme Court of India.

SLP by UOI and Diary NO. 11023 of 2019 indicated the computer-generated date as 16 October 2020 and all other EPS'95 cases were also showed cases tagged with the same, but it was not found in the list of the main hearing and Also, the list of hearing already had  been uploaded for 16 October  2020, even in that EPS 95 cases of pensioners were not showing.

This means that the next computer-generated date may be 6 November 2020 for all EPS'95 cases, as well as those tagged with the WP (C) number above. 352/2019 (Diary no. 9692 of 2019).
