EPS 95 HIGHER PENSION ORDER | EPS 95 CASE STATUS IN SUPREME COURT | 9 SEPT CBT MEETING DETAILS

The Supreme Court in the computer generated sheets, given the next hearing date of EPFO review petition is on 16 -10- 2020. Almost all EPS 95 pensioners  are awaiting for Supreme Court judgement.

The EPFO willfully litigated by filing again Review Petition against the interests of poor pensioners. The EPFO  on behalf of the Government to spending crores of public money to costly Advocates with wilful litigation without even thinking for solution.

Solutions  to EPs 95 pension are many. But, litigation in the Supreme Court is only one.

In this crucial time, the Government has to spray cool water on the heads of poor pensioners duly changing the  gear with positive attitude.
