EPS 95 LATEST NEWS | 9 SEPT. CBT MEETING DETAIL | EPS 95 HIGHER PENSION ORDER
It is with great joy to inform you that on 1 September 2020, our respected National President, Honorable Commander Sir, Mr. Ashok Raut Sahab took an open zoom meeting nationwide and for the first time in fearless and clear words, he took the national struggle. Informed about the struggle of the committee and the obstacles that come in its way.
Highlighting the current and upcoming outline of the movement on the topics we directed :-
For your information, I present you some of those special points and I will continue to tell you in the future what I haven't been able to tell you.
Honorable Commander
a) Paying tribute to our former Hon. President Mr. Pranab Mukherjee while paying heartfelt tribute to our labour warriors who were Brahmalin during the long struggle of EPS-95 Sangharsh Samiti and paid tribute to their contribution.
b) The commander said that countless organizations, institutions and many labour organizations in the country are trying their own way at their own level for the pensioners-are struggling.
But under the banner of EPS-95 Rashtriya Sangharsh Samiti, your struggle with all your loyalty, honesty, selfless service, sacrifice, disciplined and positive approach was the main basis that in the country. Not only your National Struggle Committee and not all recognized labour organizations or any other organization or committees, the Honorable Prime Minister of India gave time to meet and listen to your representatives for about half an hour instead of 3 minutes. This proves. That you are the real representative of the EPS 95 pensioners of the country, you all deserve congratulations and the pensioners of the country have all the hopes from you today only and only from you which we have to selflessly fulfill in every situation.
Let me tell you for your information :-
Mainly now EPS 95 Pensioner have 4 demands left
I) Bhagat Singh Koshyari Committee proposed in 2013 । 3000 and inflation should be given minimum । 7500 per month pension and inflation allowance on it.
II) The unauthorized interim recommendation of 31 May 2017 should be cancelled and the pension should be issued with increased rates as per the Commissioner's Central Future Fund Organization's date 23 March 2017.
III) Free medical facilities should be provided to all EPS 95 pensioners.
IV) Ignorantly those employees who could not become members of EPS 95 pension should be made members and till then । 5000 per month pension should be given to live a respectable life.
b) The commander also exposed those people who lead as representatives of the laborers / employees, but there is no tax for the interests of the pensioners of the country to save their nose that the National Struggle Committee is successful in fulfilling its goals. No obstacles have been made and they take the side of the government and EPFO by making the budget an issue for pension with minimum pension and increased rates. In an open letter to Mr. Brijesh Patel, the General Secretary of the Indian Labor Union and Senior CBT member, telling these people as a mirror in the Hon ' ble Commander, he should protect the interests of the regular employees who are actually representative in the case of pensioners. Don't abuse Dang-Patelai or Tang.
Our struggle for pensioners doesn't need to be an obstacle based on any political ideology because the National Struggle Committee is purely a social organization which is neither in favor of any political ideology, nor in opposition to any political ideology, nor any political ideology. Political party related neither we have any political ambition or agenda * we are purely working as a pensioner society as a social organization with all castes, linguistics, religions, ideology, all political parties from all over India And our partners who believe in the ideology of almost all types of labour organisations who currently have only one goal is to get our rights from the government with peaceful movement. There is no need of your interference in this.
Those who believe in almost all the ideology of the country, but with the strength of our selfless, loyal, dedicated, disciplined workers and members, we have the ability to achieve our own goal.
No need to say that the elders of the country are on the streets today due to their failure.
While tightening the fundamental principle of Rashtriya Sangharsh Samiti, Commander Sahab directed that :-
c) No illegal person will collect donations from anyone for the National Struggle Committee nor will force anyone to give donations.
The State President should ensure that the contributor is fully voluntarily depositing the office bearers nominated by the State President / or State President only after prior notice and approval of the office bearers or directly into the bank account of the Rashtriya Sangharsh Samiti and the nominated office bearers and state president. It will be the responsibility to provide the receipt of the amount deposited by the member.
Before approving the state president's grace amount, make sure that what is the economic situation of the person who gives the aid amount. If someone is very weak financially, then no financial aid should be taken from him However, if any pensioner wants to register his stake, then the concerned pensioner should be given 5,10, 15, 20 rupees as per the capacity of the pensioner Approval accordingly.
Honorable Commander in fearless words :-
Holding those who went to court against 31.5.2017 interim advisory, the commander for the first time said in a loud voice that the Commissioner in compliance with the decision of the full bench of the Supreme Court on 4 October 2016, the Central Future Fund Department A lawsuit has been filed in the court against the right to take pension from increased rates under the order of (CPFO) March 23, 2017, which has been prevented by interim recommendation of 31 May 2017 Whose aim was to earn money from pensioners in the name of court expenses.
While calculating in a big way, the commander told the country's pensioners that about 66000 people In the name of the case in the court, pensioners were charged from haiṁ 3000 to haiṁ 10000 whose average is withdrawn, it is haiṁ 5000 per pensioner. According to this, about haiṁ 33 crore has been collected.
Whereas this interim recommendation of 31.5.2000 which is not approved by any level of competent officer / CBT / Ministry of Labor / Central Government and the right to remove it can be removed through EPFO & CBT And as far as capable authorized, capable authorized officer, CBT Labor Ministry of India does not approve it, it is temporary. But it's unfortunate that some people made it a way of earning.
Also, as a guidance, the Honorable Commander has told us a lot. In short, I want to request you that the more active you will be, we will get our destination as soon as possible. So come.
