State Bank of India PO recruitment 2014 – India’s one of the prominent bank in Public sector invites application form for SBI PO – Probationary Officer. All SBI PO positions are available for Indian resident and passing the SBI PO examination will secure the birth for the vacant position of SBI probationary officer in various part of the country. Applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens for appointment as Probationary Officers (POs) in Associate Banks of State Bank of India. Candidates selected are liable to be posted anywhere in India.

Pay Scale : The starting basic pay is Rs 14,500/- in the scale of Rs 14500-600/7-18700-700/ 2-20100-800/7-25700 applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale I. The compensation package includes attractive salary and perquisites such as furnished accommodation or HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Medical benefit, LFC/HTC, Loans at concessional rates etc. Total compensation varies depending upon the place of posting and the perquisites offered by individual Banks and on an average is about Rs.65,000/- per month at Mumbai. The salary Scales are due for revision.
Educational Qualification : Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification

Fee / Intimation charges once paid will NOT be refunded on any account nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination or selection. Bank transaction charges for online payment of application fees/intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate.
How to Apply : Candidates will be required to register themselves online first through Bank’s websitewww.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in After which candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through one of the following modes.
(i) Offline mode : The system will generate a cash voucher/ challan form pre-printed with the candidate’s details which will be required to be presented at any State Bank of India branch counter with the requisite fee. On payment of the requisite fee through computer generated challan form, registration of the online application will be complete.
(ii) Online mode : The payment can be made by using debit card/ credit card/Internet Banking.
