/ Welfare / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relation / Personnel Management or Graduate with PG Diploma in Human Resource / IR / Social work / Labour Welfare / Personnel Management discipline.
Assistant Manager (HR - Pay Roll) -> Engineering Graduate or equivalent in Computer Science / MCA.
Assistant Manager (Assistant Company Secretary) -> Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
