Total vacancies: 12 posts
1. Lab Analyst – Grade 7: 9 posts
- Remuneration:Selected candidates will be placed in Grade “7” with starting basic of Rs.13800 per month;
- Pay Scale: Rs.13800 – 41000;
- Age limit: Maximum 30 years (as on 1 May 2014).
- [Relax-able by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and by 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates]
- Qualifications: M.Sc (Chemistry) or B.Sc (Chemistry) with NCTVT (Laboratory Assistant – Chemical Plant); Candidates with M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry will be preferred.
- Experience: Relevant experience as Lab Analyst in Refining / Petroleum / Petrochemical / Power / Lube / Chemical Industry / Manufacturing Unit of repute.
2. Male Nurse – Grade 8: 3 posts
- Remuneration: Selected candidates will be placed in Grade “8” with starting basic of Rs.14000 per month.
- Pay Scale: Rs.14000 – 44500;
- Age limit: Maximum 30 years (as on 1 May 2014).

- Qualifications:B.Sc. Nursing with knowledge of Computers, Medicine inventory, Equipment handling, Pharmacy, Laboratory Technician work & X-ray Technician work.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Hospital / Occupational Health centre of repute.
Selection Procedure:Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Written Test & Personal Interview. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written test would be called for Personal Interview. The candidates will have to pass through each stage including medical fitness for being considered for selection.
Initial posting shall be at Mumbai Refinery. However, selected candidates would be liable to be transferred to other Refineries / Business Units of the Corporation.
Note: Engineering graduates are not eligible to apply for the posts.
Only male candidates should apply.
Candidates Domiciled in State of Maharashtra with knowledge of Marathi will be preferred.
Travel Allowance: SC/ ST/ PWD candidates called for written test/ interview will be paid to and fro IIndClass train/bus fare as per rules.
